How do I cancel an appointment?
You would have received a confirmation email after you have booked the appointment. The same Appointment id (or Cancellation id) has also been sent to the Appointment Email Reminder. Copy the Appointment id (also call Cancellation id) which looks something like this : 39c29db35e2ed30ccf5effdc780bd1bc into the "Cancel Code" field right at the bottom where you booked your appointment.
You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the screen that the appointment has been cancelled successfully. Please see the picture below:
How do I change an appointment?
Our MHC Appointment system does not allow you to change the appointment directly. You first have to follow the instructions above to cancel the appointment you wish to cancel before proceeding to book a new appointment.
