Clinic Interface

The clinic interface is friendly and allow doctors to verify the benefits of employees who visit his/her clinic. Online verification of employees identity and medical benefits prevent abuse by employees who have left the employment with the company.

Doctors submit their claims online. As such control of charges for both professional fees, drug charges and procedures are done at the point of transactions.

The detail drug and procedure formulary ensures that the doctors are paid fairly and remove any abuse caused by discretionary pricing.

The fees claimed by the clinic is checked against the medical benefit entitlement of each employee or dependent. When a limit is exceeded the doctor is prompted to collect cash. When there is a co-payment feature, the doctor will also be prompted to collect the co-payment from the employees.
