We have been working closely with MI-IC for many years as a participating panel doctor.

Over the years, MI-IC has secured many companies covered under their insurance scheme and the volumes of companies are still increasing.

Their Contracts of Medical Services Agreement are fair and transparent, which is easy to understand. Their formulary drugs pricing, office surgery and medical procedures pricing payable to their panel clinics are fairly reasonable. They do not interfere with the type of medication prescribed to the patients. Payments are fast and prompt. Whenever I encounter a problem, the staffs are able to handle the matter efficiently. They are friendly and approachable.

I find that their e-claims system is user-friendly, reliable, fast and bugs free. Checking of claims and payments are clear and easy. MHC has a high degree of IT system application, such as the electronic verifying device, which enables the clinics to verify membership’s annual balance and co-payment.

MHC has also launched a useful free installation app for iPhone, which enables MHC’s clients to locate panel clinics near them. This app can be used by the public for latest health information, health videos and jokes.

MHC also provides support and gives generous donation to Goducate Children’s Home, a non­profit home which provides the children from the poor and broken families with free education, skills and leadership.

MHC is always reaching out to help the needy and striving to improve IT services.
